Do you refridgerate your butter/margarine or let it sit out in a butter dish?

  • I refrigerate it. But growing up and living with my grandma she kept it in a butter dish

  • Refrigerate to keep it from getting rancid, but my grandma let it sit out.

  • fridge. Butter dish comes out 20 min or so before a meal if we will need it for bread.

  • I buy whipped butter, so we keep it in the fridge, and it's still soft and able to spread easily.
