  • We have prime rib, twice baked potatoes, greenbeans with mushrooms/almonds - simple food, but made really well.

  • This year we are having stuffed cornish hens (homemade cornbread stuffing with sausage, onions, peppers, garlic, cranberries, apples, and walnuts). I know we are having sweet potato rolls and honey wheat rolls, deviled eggs stuffed with crabmeat and shrimp (compliments of Emeril Lagasse), mixed greens, corn pudding, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Simple enough since I have to cook a ton of food for the New Year dinner.

  • Wow! All of that sounds delish! I didnt have a clue what to make. I didnt know if making a turkey was to much since we had that on Thanksgiving. Thank you all for the awesome great ideas!

  • We have beaufort stew for christmas! Shrimp, corn on cob, new potato's, hillshire farm beef sausage boiled all together, it is a pot full of wonderful tastes!!

  • We always do a Honey Baked Ham with mashed potatoes, green beans, fresh dinner rolls, salad, etc.

  • HONEY Baked HAM does sound GREAT cause I have the same thing every Christmas also I spread MUSTURD on my HAM along withn GINGER ALE & BEER pour on TOP also And how about RICK KRIPPIES TREATS along with TUNA NOODLE Casserole.
