Do you make cookies for Christmas? If so, what kind do you make?

  • OOooo, I LOVE snickerdoodles. I haven't ever made them for Christmas, but that is a good idea.

  • I usually just do (a crap load) of cut outs, snowballs and haystacks. And sometimes those peanut butter cookies with the Reese's in the middle. :p

  • I make Scottish Shortbread bec my Mother was fr Scotland and she taught me. I make choc peanut butter balls, truffles, peanut butter blossoms, choc chip, fudge, & that's about it since the children are all grown now. I make just enough to share with a few friends and my DD. I'm gaining weight jst writing this

  • I always make Russian Tea cakes. I've also seen them called Mexican Wedding cookies. I usually use pecans, but sometimes walnuts or a blend of the two. Sooooooooooo Yummmy. :-d

  • next week i bake i make one big batch of cookies
    chocolate chips,shortbread,peanut butter,ginger bread,oatmeal and the one day of work
    2-day fudge,peanut brittel,sponge toffee
    3-day i bake raisin bread,pies,tarts
    4-day cup cakes filled with cherry filling
    know if i do this week there won't be any thing left do to legged rats in my house that eat none stop lol

  • Yep (well, for Yule), just finished my 10th batch tonight (of 12 total).

    So far: Candy canes, Canadian Oatmeal Shortbread, Chocolate Peppermint Pinwheels, Snowflakes, Peanut Butter Blossoms, Gingerbread Boys and Girls, Red Velvet cookies, Toasted Marshmallow S'mores bars, Lemon Bars, and Snickerdoodles.

    Still to come: Brickle drops and Russian Tea Cakes

    Most of these become gifts to my family and coworkers, and then the rest are enjoyed for Yule. Any leftovers are left for Santa.
