  • yup, sounds normal. not only do you get some crazy new fears when you become pregnant (dont know why) but spiders are nasty.

  • Yes, it is normal. Not everyone experiences it but everyone has different issues when pregnant. Some have tastes for things like charcoal or ice or things you've never ate much. Your hormones really freak out during pregnancy. Especially in the beginning...

  • Everything seems intensified when prego. I couldnt stand the smell of hubbys deoderant!! I didnt have any new fears though...just the fear of not having a healthy baby but thats common too.

  • lol, yep completely normal! :) I am terrified of spiders anyway, but I had some hightened weird fears when I was pregnant. Can't remember any right now, but I know there were a few :)

  • So crazy. I have always been the catch-n-release type, but since having a baby, I kill any spider I find in my house. I just can't let them get near my child. Mother's protective instinct!
