Whats the best/most effective lotion or cream for an expanding belly?

Looking for something to help with the itchy stretchy part and/or help with stretch marks. Any ideas? I know there are a few different lotions out there but have had no personal experience with them.

  • They're generally a waste of money. Genetics and weight gain are what determine whether you get them or not. All you can do is take care of yourself, and try not to gain more than the recommended amount.
I'm not a big fan of stretch marks, but somehow, I have a soft spot for the ones I got during pregnancy. I feel like I earned them! LOL

  • Just don't expect anything to prevent stretch marks. :( Either you get them or you don't.

  • A lotion will not help the itch. That is just normal.

  • Diet is more effective than lotion.

Coconut, avocado, coconut water, brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds. Eat them all as much as possible.
