A notorious accused sex fiend "doc" is getting little sympathy for his complaints that life inside Rikers is too rough.

Mikhail Sorodsky, 63, wants a judge to order his correction officers to never toss him in solitary confinement again.

Another stint in the hole, he says, will kill him.

Sorodsky recently was ordered to spend 40 days in solitary as punishment for "disrespecting" prison staff, making an obscene gesture and committing an unspecified "sex offense," court papers say.

But the unlicensed doc who is accused of sexually abusing his patients while they were under anesthesia "cannot physically endure any additional time in solitary confinement," he whined in an appeal filed in Bronx Supreme Court Tuesday.

Sorodsky claims the punishment is just the latest in a string of abuses at Rikers, including beatings by officers and inmates and withholding of food and medicine.

The Department of Correction had no official comment but a source called had little sympathy.

"Imagine the troublemaker in class who never, ever listens - that's this guy," the source said. "He cries 'abuse,' but the rules are the rules. You don't get to do what you want when you're an accused [pervert]."

Sorodsky faces 175 charges of sex abuse and other crimes.

In 2008, then-Attorney General Andrew Cuomo accused Sorodsky of practicing without a license at his Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, clinic, doling out potentially harmful treatments and sexually abusing at least eight patients.

Sorodsky, whose $33 million bond is believed to be the largest ever in the state, is due back in court Jan. 24.

His lawyers declined to comment.

  • Sounds like to me this prisoner wants special treatment, what did his victims get! A lifetime of hell and mental instability! Who cares what he wants, it sickens me when the taxpayers have to pay for assholes like this! Lock him up in solitare and save us ALL some money if he kills himself!!! I feel no pity for any sadistic man or women who commit unspeakable crimes against their victims!

  • If he is being abused by the inmate best place to stop that from happening is in solitary confinement. He should look at it as stopping general population from killing him.
