has anyone ever had a prob with their ds' room smelling like a sweaty locker room? If so, how did you deal with it?

  • I open their windows for fresh air, use a bleach water solution on things that are non-poreous (sp?), and shampoo their floor if it's in need.

  • Boys smell! They really do.... bad sometimes! And they don't care!! Start with a clean room. Make sure all their dirty laundry is removed frequently and any sports equipment is cleaned after each use. Even a spray with Lysol helps. Oh... and wash their bed linens once a week. They will still smell, they're boys ;) but not nearly as bad!

  • use lysol spray (clean linen) and spray it on all the fabric in his room. keep his dirty laundry in a hamper in another room, if it helps then you know that's the problem. and yes, clean the carpets!
