okay then if my dh and i have the same blood type .. does that mean...

our son will have the same blood type? im A+ and soo is my hubby

  • Everyone has two genes for blood type. These genes control which antigens your body produces. Since you have A type, then your body produces type A antigens.

    You could have AA, or AO. Either would give you A blood. If you both had AO, then your kid could end up with OO, meaning no antigens.

    The child will have either A or O type blood.

  • so thats not true? because my hubby and i both have A+, we've a assumed our kids do as well. even put it on documents, ut oh.
