  • I Have started meditation, it really seems to help. If It isn't freezing out I go for a run. I always clears my head.

  • I go down to our basement, light up a smoke and do some puzzles. Used to go for a drive but I HATE HATE HATE HATE having to drive a minivan (did I mention I hate minivans) since my car (sports car) is messed up at the moment.

  • I put on my favorite music and dance with my DD. SO and I also have our alone time at night when baby is asleep and we have cocoa and chat about everything... Helps me unwind at the end of the day.
    Also, I spend time with my friends at least once a week, and that also helps me stay sane! LOL
