  • I dunno. Probably chicken and rice with whatever vegetable is on sale... it's usually the fall-back when nothing else is planned. Monday night I made homemade chicken pot pie, and last night we had clam chowder and grilled cheese because it was quick and easy and DH was scheduled for a mandatory OT shift, which meant his time with us was limited (he's a third shift character). Plus it's been super cold and I've been craving the traditional winter comfort food fare. :) If I have time tonight perhaps I'll make chicken shepherd's pie, that's a family favorite... plus I can hide pureed cauliflower and benefiber in the potatoes. Muaaa hahaha! <-- Maniacal Laughter.

  • Unfortunately, tater tot casserole. It was my daughter's day to pick. She always picks disgusting tater tot casserole. I'm actually the only one who doesn't like it, so I always make sure there are leftovers of something else for me.

  • I'm still washing up breakfast dishes, it's 8:30am. I have zero clue what's for dinner but probably something with chicken since I did beef last night.

  • We're having salmon, wild rice, and broccoli. Haven't decided on a dessert yet. Possibly vanilla pudding.
