  • I would talk to the pediatrician or your doctor first before using it. I use herbal remedies all the time, but some of them can have side effects like prescription medication, and they are not listed on the container. Just keep in mind if you are on any prescription medication or over the counter medication you can have a reaction if you take this or any herbal remedies. They recommend if you are going to used herbal stuff to make sure that you are not on anything else and that you make sure that the herbal remedies are all cross referenced.

  • Pumping vs. what the baby can retrieve naturally are two different things. The baby stimulates certain hormones in your body to release the milk, that pumping doesn't.

  • putting baby to the breast will do more to increase your supply than anything else. is there some medical reson she can't nurse? even tandem nursing would do a body good right now.

  • you can bring it back. put her to the breast. you can do it! fenugreek can help, but nothing beats nature.
