When giving out office holiday cards, do you write a personal message on each one?

  • I sent out 117 cards this year and put a personal note in them all. I'm a snail mail addict though and love doing stuff like that. Most cards i get don't have a personal message.

  • it depends on how well i know the person, or how much we interact with each other during the course of the workday.

  • I never put a personal message on cards. Otherwise I'd never get them out. I get a cute picture, pre printed card. And just send them.

  • I think it's sad that anyone bothers with cards at all if they don't make it personal by *at least* signing it personally. I just wish people wouldn't send me anything at all if they don't have more time for me than a premade, pre"signed" picture card or greeting card.
