What do you do to make traveling with your period easier?

I hate long car rides as it is, and Aunt Flow is tagging along for our 9 hour trip. What do you do to make it easier? Tampons and pads? Overnight protection? Frequent stops?

  • To the drugstore I go lol. Def hate being in the car. Nothing is worse than sitting 9 hours straight with AF. Between being pregnant with my daughters and then breastfeeding I went about 2 years straight w/o a period. It's like I forgot how to have one lol.

  • I would use a panty liner as backup too...just in case. :-)
