  • Yes, I had 4 babies born at home with a midwife, one in the hospital with a midwife...and studied and got my insurance 2 be a doula,...but decided it wasn't something I was called to do at this time.....but would of loved it.....but like to travel, and will be taking another cruise, And , just 'wan't ment to be right now'. I was invited to a coulple of homebirths, as was studing 2 be a midwife...but supose having my own, I cut my last ones cord....hope this helps....A Doula generally comes before the midwife, Hey soeone posted a nice homebirth this week.
