Have you ever had Fried Green Beans?

They are so Yummy. Just put some oil in your pan or cook up some bacon and use the grease from that and cook the green beans in a cast iron skillet until almost burnt. I have to make like 5 cans they go so fast. You could add the bacon in the end if you wanted to. Th French Cut ones are the best but any will do.

  • Never tried 'em that way, but I have breaded and deep-fried them before. Yummy, but somewhat less-healthy and a bit of a pain!

  • Yes, it's my favorite side. I love them at this Chinese Food restaurant and they actually pan-fry them in a bunch of garlic. They are so good and so worth my garlic after-breath...LOLÜ Never thought of making them with bacon...yumm sounds good!
