  • I never leave home without it. My allergies are horrible!! There are times when I feel like I'm about to suffocate because I'm so congested. Within minutes of using my nose spray I'm feeling great and can breathe. I swear it's the greatest invention!!

  • forget the nose sprays and get a Netty Pot. They are sold at walgreens and other drug stores. I know what I am talking about. I have been a respiratory therapist for 23 years. You can be addicted to nasal sprays! They have rebound effects that keep you using them. If you use a netty pot you can fix a lot of your sinus problems because you are removing the irritants and allergens. You can see how to use a netty pot on Youtube. It can look gross, but I swear by them!

  • You might want to start weening yourself from nosesprays because starting next year their taking them off the market, because of the addictive qualities they have and the damage they do to your sinuses. Nettie Pots are the best because it's a saline solution you're using.
