am i giving her enough Breast milk?

i Exclusively Pump for my 10 month old dd! she is only getting up once during the night now so ive been able to freeze 40z of milk everyday! :-) and she gets 2 4oz bottles for snacks during the day and then the 2 6oz bottles at night. one when she goes down to sleep and the other at 2am or so! so she is getting 20oz a day! i dont have to freeze but its nice to have it for back up! she eats 3 meals a day of real table foods she loves it! i give her juice and water to drink with meals! so should i mix the other 4 oz in during her day or can i keep freezing it?

BTW all i can make is 24oz a day! this is the most i have made in one day in the whole 10 months i ve done this! so the chances of increasing my supply are slim to none at this point!

  • I think she is eating enough. As they get older, the amount of breast milk she needs will decrease while the amount of table food will increase. Just give her a lil extra table food & drink during the day if you think she's not getting enough breastmilk.

  • 24 oz per day is her need. You're good.

  • As long as she is having enough wet diapers during the day, 20 ounces is fine.
