did you know...?

if you have a cold you should take your fav tea and melt two hall in it and sniff the steam and sip the tea all day long and your cold will go away.. and it will bring your voice back and it will clear your sinuses(SP)

  • You can also learn to lift your sinuses up and away from each other, so no matter how bad your cold is, you can breathe through your nose.

    It helps to practice nose-only breathing when you don't have a cold.

  • Hmmmmm which flavor of oppy drop ( as my son called cough drops when he was a toddler!! ) should I use?

    Cherry flavored or honey lemon? Not keen on the idea of sipping the tea ALL day but I have actually heard of this one before to be honest. Never tried it oddly enough! LOL

  • I'll try that for sure. I love hot tea and always use mentho cough drops. Sounds like it couldn't hurt.
