  • Large onion, entire bulb of garlic, carrot, celery, chicken, chicken stock, fresh mushrooms, noodles or quinoa or brown rice, lots of fresh herbs (freeze-dried if out of season), zucchini, yellow squash, spinach.

  • Chicken broth, diced celery, diced carrot, dehydrated onion flakes, salt, pepper, cooked shredded chicken, and wide egg noodles.

  • onions, celery, carrots, chicken, chicken stock (home made), rice or noodles or sometimes a little of both, and sometimes chopped sweet potato and/or corn and/or black beans.
