  • what position is baby in?
    first, consult a chiropractor!
    second, look at www.spinningbabies.com
    third, look into acupressure/acupuncture
fourth, talk to your OB/Midwife about a external version.
fifth, talk to your care provider about waiting until you are in labor to make choices about your method of delivery. Most babies turn before birth, but some of them don't turn until you are in labor. Position is generally not an emergency situation, so why not wait until baby decides he/she is ready to be born?

  • My first turned after 37 weeks and was born naturally at almost 40 weeks. My twins didn't turn by 37 weeks and they were delivered via c-section at that point.

  • So what Roadfamily said. Don't let them schedule a c-section at all. The baby always has a chance of turning.
