Is there a diff in eating befor or after i work out what is the best after or before?

  • If you eat before a workout it is likely you will feel sick to your stomach. If you eat after your body will metabolize it at a much quicker rate. If there is one time in a day where you want McDonalds fries and a shake, do it after a good workout.

  • please do not listen to mrs. coop.. it is primary that you eat before and after.... eat protein and good carbs before (such as 4oz chicken and one serving brown rice) and consume a protein shake after =)
