  • I think you have many great possiblities to choose from. There are all sorts of cake from chocolate, to tiramisu, to angel food cakes with strawberries or whatever fruit is preferable, to specially made cookies, to fruited pies to chocolate mousse pie or boston cream pie, apple, cherry, or a pound cake with your favorite fruit or chocolate sauce, or a parfait which is done in the special glasses, or ladyfingers with a cut up fruit on top with whipped cream or cool whip. There really are a whole lot of choices and I could probably come up with more but there is just so much space here to do so.
