  • Does he like cheese sauce? My kids were always good about their veggies. But, I babysat a kid who wouldn't eat any till I put cheese sauce over them. Then he couldn't get enough of them! His mother was simply amazed!

  • Hmm try mixing them with something like green bean casserole, or a garden chowder. All my foster kids have loved those. Even the ones that detested veggies.
Garden chowder is my current foster sons favorite dish. Since you can't taste the veggies by them self instead you just taste the over all taste. Which is mostly the broth put in at the beginning and other herbs and spices.
And as for younger foster children I took in, I taught them that veggies were a good thing. Like I would reward them with a carrot instead of candy for being good. Or a piece a celary. To engrave in their minds that vegetables are a good thing
    Hope this helps!
