Does drinking propel count as a water serving or not really?

  • Yes, but be aware that it contains sodium, which kind of counterbalances the water. Plus, there are calories. You should really be drinking some plain water as much as possible.

  • It does, but it takes more Propel to stay hydrated than plain water because of the other stuff in it. I think because it takes liquid to process the added flavors and such in it.
