I'm grateful to be able to have some "Me" time...do you think having "Me" time helps you be a better mom?

After every girl sesh I have I always feel rejuvenated. Like I can be supermom and a great partner. Like I got my break and now I am back full force.

  • You know, I love this question, as it's something on my mind lately. I have been neglecting my "me" time and DS and I are both suffering from it. I hate that I yell more than I should be. It's not fair to either of us. I have "me" time scheduled for tonight and wouldn't you know, I am so tired I don't even want to go! GRRR!

  • Oh yeah! I adore my ME time! Without it I would be nuts! The older you get the more you will realize how much it is needed! You not only regenerate you get time to reflect (which in turn) allows you to see the better choices you can make in parenting, relationships, family etc.
Take your ME time whenever you can get it and NEVER feel guilty!
