Do you know of a good glucose free diet or a website that I can check out?

Currently I am 29 weeks pregnant, and I was just told that I am glucose intolerant. I googled some information about it, but I can't find a list of foods that I can and can't eat.

  • Do you have an organic food store, or whole foods near you?
    Most organic food stores and Whole foods have a few glucose free sections to shop at.

  • From what I understand, if you are glucose intolerant it doesn't mean that you need to avoid glucose altogether, just be aware of what you are eating. Avoid sweets or anything with simple sugars. Concentrate on whole grain foods, protein and veggies. You can also have fruits, but in moderation. Eat 6 small meals/day rather than 3 larger ones. Exercising also will help tremendously!
