  • fruit drink, sandwich, grapes, yogart, then a cookie or small treat as a surprise, sometimes chips

  • a cheese sandwich or p.b. sanwich(whole wheat bread and low fat p.b. and cheese), organic fruit, organic yogurt cup, water and organic baby carrot sticks with low fat ranch dressing for dip.

  • Usually a sandwich made with meat that doesn't contain sodium nitrate, a slice of cheese and either spinach or sprouts. Also string cheese, carrots, and fruit.

  • This isnt the healthiest lunch but my son wants pb&j, nutty bar and juice. sometimes I add a fruit or carrots sticks

  • I try and make something different daily. I am overly obsessed w/ making sure it's balanced. My son is going thru a soup phase so I've been getting lots of low sodium soups and occasionally making my own batches of chicken wild rice. He loves simply go gurts frozen and 100% juice fruit punch .... lots of pita and hummus too
