this is a personal question but since we have all been there...i am pregnant with my 3rd after a 10 year gap and cannot seem to figure out how to control my bladder...when i sneeze , cough, laugh,,always an oops after. adult content

  • That still happens to me. My baby is 11. Like we, as women, don't have enough unfair things happen to us due to pregnancy. LOL

  • This happened to me with my 3rd as well and I was 28. It stopped shortly after giving birth. I would suggest wearing pads for now but kegels and exercise will help tighten the muscles that are weakened due to pregnancy and aging. Congrats on baby #3.

  • Use the bathroom more. Do Keagels. And Pilates and/or Yoga can help strengthen muscles as well.

  • well i guess ill help with the laughing lol. i am pregnant with my second and im 20 and i tinkle if i sneeze or laugh or anything my husband finds it funny i think hes a meany lol
