  • Those women got their nutrients from their diet.

  • I took them faithfully. Not judging, that's just what I did.

  • That was me and my sister-in-law. Between us we have seven kids and they are all perfectly healthy. We both got sick from the prenatals. I would sometimes take a couple of flinestones but even those made me sick. As butterflyblue said, we both also watched our diet to make sure we got the nutrients that we needed.

  • I didn't find out I was prego until I was 3 months pregnant so I guess technically I didn't. But like butterflyblue said, I eat REALLY healthy so my son would have gotten all his nutrients through me anyways.

  • i never took prenatal vitamins. i took flinstones with iron because the regular prenatals were too hard on my stomach. my 3 babies are fine.

  • I know alot of women do take them regularly and that's great.
I take them half the time... My doctor said this is fine as long as I'm eating well. I'm just curious if there is anyone who didn't take them regularly.
