boots or heels?

I have a speech competition on Monday. I don't know my topic yet but I bought a power suit. It is grey with a skirt that stops right about my knees. I have a pair of black boots that stop right below my knee and a pair of 3 inch heels. Which would look better? The judges are all about dress for success

  • heels it is! I just tried on the outfit with the boots. It looks good but more of an evening outfit. I didn't try it on w/the thong though. LOL :) Now I have to write the speech.

  • I would probably wear the heels....if you can walk OK in them.

  • Heels.... the boots would look like your waiting for a big snow to hit. lol I would say heels because they look more business like

  • I would wear the heels unless they are really strappy or chunky. It is really hard to say without seeing the options, you know? I think that boots are more for dress, not for business. but that is just my opinion. In any case, good luck with your competition!

  • I'd say the heels would look more "powerful" .....as long as you are very comfortable in them and don't have any trouble walking in them.
