What does your 1 yr old drink a lot of? looking for new healthy ideas for my almost 15 month old!

  • Mine had milk water and some juice that was diluted...maybe a smoothies for fun

  • milk and water is pretty much it. Once in awhile she'll take a few sips of my unsweetened ice tea

  • Mostly water then watered down apple juice or cran-apple juice. It has too much sugar if you don't add some water. You don't want the kid bouncing off the walls.

  • she's not quite 1 yet, her birthday is jan. 13th. but she mostly drinks her formula (lol) and one sippy cup a day of watered down apple juice, or just water.

  • They should really only be drinking *a lot* of breastmilk or other milk and water, and not *a lot* of any other liquid.

  • DD is 3 now but she used to only get Water, milk, 50/50 juice w/ water (usually OJ or white grape).
