if your sisters kid asked you why you were bleeding what would you say to her?

my niece was in the bathroom with me and asked me why i was bleeding. i dont know what to tell her.

  • I told my DD that it's part of how mommies can have babies. That seemed to satisfy her.

  • hard because it isnt your child. My instinct would be to say... some times women bleed down there, your mommy can explain it better than I can.

  • My son 3, recently saw me changing my tampon and asked what I was doing and why? I had to think simple terms at the moment and said this is just what girls and mommies do when they get older.. I didn't get the why back and was glad lol!

  • My daughter asked me (3) I told her its just something Mommies do. She was happy with that. I suggest referring her to her mom though. Not your place, and sis might get upset if you say too much.
