Your favorite recipe with bacon?

I have to make a meal for 35 men. They have a surplus of bacon and they want me to use it.

What meal would you fix that features bacon?

Not breakfast for dinner.

  • Hmmm I was gonna say BLT's! But the bacon wrapped pork roast sounds delish!! Though you would need enough to feed 35 men!!! LOL Maybe they can get a bunch of pork roasts too!

Good luck......sounds delish what ever you decide using bacon!

  • Cabbage & Noodles with a bacon wrapped pork roast.

Cut up a 1 of bacon and fry to crispy. Remove bacon and set aside
Into the hot bacon grease, drop in 1 large head of SHREDDED cabbage
    1 sliced onion
    1 stick of butter
    salt & pepper.
Put a lid on the cabbage and steam till soft. Mixing frequently.
    Cook 1lb Kluski noodles.
When noodles are done, mix with the cabbage and add back the bacon. This will feed about 10 people.

Food Networks back wrapped pork recipe is the best!
