Create a keepsake of my son 1st bday with guest help?

Similar to the stuffed animals that people have at graduation parties. Any ideas of some type of birthday wish or advice or something that adult guest wouldn't think is just silly?

  • You can get a frame with a mat around it so that people can write happy bday messages and you just get a cute picture of him to hang on the wall!

  • what about buying a really nice looking photo book that has the pages you can write on? or how about making you own version of a birthday memory book? just get a small school binder, the one with the 3 matal rings inside, and get some white or different colored paper (like computer paper) get a hole punch to punch holes in the paper that way they will fit on the rings inside the binder.....have everyone write little birthday messages in it and make sure you save room for pictures of his first birthday!!

  • I would create a little "brag book" with small construction paper frames around the pictures for guests to add messages in keeping with the theme. Leave a few blank pages either between pictures or at the end, for those who want to write more. Embellish with ribbon and make a couple of pockets to keep favorite cards, or small mementos.
