  • take a day off once a week and that keeps your metabolism up. i have had great success from counting calories and exercising (and taking off 1 day a week). lost 125 lbs. in college, then 50 lbs. after each of my boys and 30 lbs. after my daughter. gl!

  • if you don't take a day off you will not lose as much....your body will adjust and you will reach a plateau much quicker.

  • Protein for breakfast. I read somewhere that eating an egg in the morning can boost weight loss, and I know starting your day with protein helps keep you burning calories all day. And no carbs after lunch can be a good rule, too. Good luck!!

  • cut out sodas and eat breakfast the most important meal of the day. Oatmeal is a good breakfast and also if snack eat healthy snacks like carrots, and apples. Just dont be to hard on yourself it does take time and its not going to happen over night
