I've been using this for about 12 years or so. It's actually a quick bread. I always get compliments on it. I usually make pan style pizza but it makes a great thin crust as well. Lately I have been using cornmeal on whatever pan I bake it in so the crust gets that little extra crustiness to it.
1 Cup of Warm water
1 TBS. Yeast
2 TBS. Sugar
Â½ tsp. Salt
1 TBS. Oil
1.Put Warm water in a big bowl and add sugar and yeast.
2.Mix together and wait for bubbles to come to the top.
3.Now, add the salt and oil and stir a little.
Put in gradually two cups or so of flour and stir. Adding a little more flour until the dough makes a ball. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
4. Cover the bowl with a wet paper towel and get your toppings ready.
5.Spread dough in pan, top with sauce and toppings.
6. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20- 30 minutes
