  • I dont think it is a good idea to discuss your marital issues with your parents.

I have gotten very good advice from my step mother about relationships in general.  But I wouldnt go to her with a specific issue unless it was rather benign.  If I had a real issue and had no other place to go... I might consider it, I know I would get excellant advice... but then you run the risk of damaging the relationship between your husband and your parents.  Parents can hold a grude longer than a spouce sometimes... that whole mama bear thing kicks in when someone hurts your baby.

  • Mom but she won't give it unless I specifically ask. She is great about staying out of our personal lives but once you ask, you better be prepared since she doesn't sugar-coat it.

My mother is nothing but a cheating whore and cheated on my dad till they finally divorced when I was 12. She sees nothing wrong with cheating,
My father doesnt care about anyone but himself. He's needs always came before the families. He rather have his new truck then my the water payment thats 4 months past due already

  • Neither! My father always puts me down and doesn't even listen to my point and my mother blindly sides with me. Neither are objective and I also wouldn't want to involve them in our personal life.
