What are some good seasonings for baked fish?

We bake catfish a lot and we often use lemon-pepper. What are some other seasonings that will be good?

  • Old Bay. It has everything in it, and is yummy. ;) Don't use too much, unless you like it spicy.

  • Old bay is a good seasoning, but I will put bacon strips ON the cat fish fillets and bake it. Put it on a wire rack so the fish dosnt sit in the grease.  The bacon seasons the cat fish really nice. My Grandmother used to bake cat fish with orange marmalade on it, and it was pretty tasty to.
