Baking with Wax Paper?

Does it matter which side of the paper you use?

  • I used to use waxed paper when baking but at too high temperatures it can melt. So, I would recommend parchment paper because it is better for baking and makes it easier to remove cookies and so forth from it.

  • Nope. But be careful not to bake it at too high a temperature because the wax can melt.
