  • I just start with whatever ground meat I want to use then throw in what I like such as onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, seasonings that I like. I don't go by regular recipes.

  • I don't use one either but I do make some good chili using ingredients like chopped ham or a ground beef or turkey, pinto beans, chili seasoning, taco seasoning, anda few tbsp. of Budweiser brand BBQ sauce. I put all my ingredients into the crockpot in the morning and put it on low so by dinner time all I have to do is make the cornbread.

  • 1 lb ground beef (browned)
1 lb ground italian sausage (browned)
    1 packet taco seasoning
2 cans Rotell tomotoes with green chilies
    2 cans light kidney beans
    2 cans dark kidney beans

Mix it all in the crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-9 hours
