Democratic Sens. Mark Pryor of Arkansas, Jon Tester of Montana, Max Baucus of Montana, Kay Hagan of North Carolina, and Ben Nelson of Nebraska voted againstMark PryorJon TesterMax Baucus bringing the Drem Act bill to the floor.
The Senate vote of 55-41, the hope vanished in the air of the Dream Act bill that would have offered provisional legal status to those over age 16 but under age 30 who came to the US illegally.
HOWEVER in typical Obama fashion he blames REPUBLICANS for blocking the passage--when 3 voted in FAVOR of it.
