Need gift suggestions for husband's coworkers.

There are 3 males that he works with and he has no clue what to get them. They are doing a gift exchange tomorrow night at work. Any ideas?

  • how well do you know them? if its tomorow then the only thing i can think of on short notice is baked goods/gift baskets or gift cards...i always fall back on a coffee gift basket, small basket with filler in the bottom..Dunkin donuts coffee, or a few small sample coffees,or starbucks, coffee mug, creamer, cookies or donuts...

  • I always like the idea of baskets for 'people I met' --they're neutral enough not to rely on knowing anyone very well, and they're easy to break apart and give parts away after receiving them (if they don't like hot chocolate, say, but know someone who does)...

We have received some fun ones over the years --but a gift card for a video rental, a big bowl, some unpopped popcorn and a jar of popcorn seasoning is the one I remember the best.

  • Wow, short notice. What price range? Around here, the big cinemas and nearby dining establishments offer "dinner and a movie" deals ... you can get a gift certificate for dinner for 2 plus movie tickets for $40.

  • yeah, are you going to be running out tonight? :) have fun girl! ... when i think of men.. or my hubbys co workers... id say some work gloves, cant go wrong w/ that!.. maybe a little gas card to go w/ it, im not a fan of gift cards either.. so many put a date night type thing together for him thats more "manly" so he can watch movies w/ himself or wife or kids, according to their lifestyle.. eh, usually i have great ideas.. but whats the price range and what type of work are they in?

  • They are booking officers at our county jail. The price range is between around $20 each. He won't be going into work until tomorrow night so I can get whatever he needs tomorrow after church. He always waits until the last minute to tell me these things, lol.

  • baskets of stuff is great!! come up with a theme. coffee is a great one. Get a coffee mug, several of the small packages of coffee like starbucks or small packages of the different flavors of coffee. Maybe even some cookies or something in there too
