  • I do. Tea, ice coffee, coke sometimes when I need a 'pick me up'. As your doc will probably tell you, it's fine in moderation =)

  • I did on occasion. I can count the number of times though, so not often

  • 1st baby I limited myself to one soda every few days. 2nd baby I just needed to survive and since I was at a high risk OB and being seen and scanned every single week anyway I didn't real see the harm

  • If you crave soda pop, why not switch to caffeine free Pepsi/Coke, 7-Up, Sprite....

  • with all 4 of my pregnancies I still drank my morning coffee although I cut back and limited it to 1-2 small cups - instead of my usual big mugs.

  • All the time. I quit mostly with my first (having just 1 glass of tea a week) and was so incredibly miserable. I had constant migraines from withdrawal and the fact that the caffeine keeps my migraines in check. With the second I limited myself to 1 a day and was still miserable and with the last 3 I just drank what I wanted when I wanted it. I naturally limited it because I no longer wanted soda or tea. Sometimes I went days without having any and other days I would drink 2 sodas or a couple glasses of iced tea. I have 5 perfectly healthy kids so no regrets from me.
