New Vacuum help!

i just got a new vacuum and when i use it it shocks me, what can i do to stop this? i know alot of new vacuums do it for a while and my last on did but not this bad.

  • Take it back, it has a wiring fault. If you're very lucky, it will electrocute you. If you're very unlucky, it will burn your house down.

  • I've never had a vacuum shock me, I might consider taking it back, sounds like it could be bad.

  • I don't think that is normal and have never heard about such a thing. I would take it back as the other Moms suggested.

  • It should never shock you. The wiring is not properly grounded. Take it back.
