Democrats intentially sticking it to Obama and holder

or is this what happens when you don't read the bills you vote on?

The Democrat-controlled U.S. House of Representatives has voted 212-206 to ban the Obama administration from spending any funds to try terrorism suspects in civilian court instead of military commissions. Attorney General Eric Holder is reportedly all miffed and vexed.

  • Maybe the democrats finally wanted to get one thing right for a change before they give up control of the house.

  • Well, the repubs have said all along that they will steer us in a direction that is more responsible. They know they will never get PBO to sign anything, so they just refuse to fund it. And, now they are shocked, miffed, upset, and talking about "unprecedented grab of executive power". Everything this administration has done has been an unprecedented abuse of executive power. Turn about is fair play.
