  • Pick your battles. Only fight when it is necessary. If it's not over something very important to you then don't fight back with him. It takes two to make a fight go on. You want to scare him? Next time he starts a fight just say, "You are right, Dear" and kiss him That will make him say HUH? lol I love doing that!

  • There's nothing wrong with disagreeing, as long as you learn how to do it well. Fighting is how my husband of 46 years and I have resolved many of our issues. No two people are going to agree on every single issue, and if you did, one of you would not be necessary to the marriage. The key is to learn how to properly fight without degrading one another's character and without being hateful.

  • All relationships have their fair share of disagreements & you learn to compromise or someone gives in every now & then. If the bickering is to the point that the relationship is constantly on the rocks, it may be time to call it quits. Sometimes love isn't enough when you just aren't right for one another.

    Good luck!

  • If you cant fix it yourselves, then try couples counseling. Good luck :)

  • Fighting is a choice. It's pretty much impossible to fight alone. Just work at listening, at better communication, at rules of acceptable behavior (like no name calling, for example). Sometimes, people fight and don't seem to learn anything from it - they do the same thing the next time a problem arises. If you want a different result, do something different. Respond differently, interact differently, behave differently. It's important to learn to problem-solve - the better you are at problem-solving, the less often you'll fight.

  • You BOTH need to figure out what your REALLY fighting about. If your constantly fighting over stupid shit then there has to be something underlining it.
