How d0 you ladies dry aged your meat

like roast or steaks or whatever, i need details and how many days

  • I have- But it is usually done before you buy it. rinse in salt water and place on a rack in the fridge so that air can circulate. It takes well over a week or two ( But even a few days on a steak workswonders) the surface will be very dry.
