Actual weeks pregnant? adult content

I just calculated from when I ovulated and I am technically only a couple weeks pregnant yet when my practitioner calculated from my LMP, she came up with 5 weeks, 6 days on Friday, December 17th. My first U/S is this Thursday, December 23 so I can't really expect to see much, can I? There won't be anything to see except for a sac.

  • They count from the first day of your last period. You will see a little 'bean' with and a flutter of a heart beat.

  • You should see something but don't freak out if you don't sometimes that early they will see the baby and sometimes they wont. They will most likely do a vaginal ultra sound. Good lick and congrats on the baby.

  • they count from your last period. and the first ultrasound is just to verify that you are pregnant. you will see the sac, the baby looks like a kidney bean and you should be able to see the heartbeat.
