Are you able to put money in savings once a month?

  • Yes.

    A percentage of our income goes directly into savings. We have saved for 25 years now.. Even back when when all we could spare was $1, that $1 still went into savings.

  • We put back every pay period which is four to five times a month(get paid on alternative weeks). And yes it is nice to know that you have something to fall back on.

  • I put 2% of my paycheck into savings every month, it is done automatically, b/c if i had to do it myself it honestly would never get done.
