I am having terrible nausea help!

I am 6 weeks pregnant and, having terrible nausea and it seems to come when ever my stomach feels empty. Honestly it seems that the minute I eat, my metabolism is waiting to break it down. I end up hungry again in one hour, and then the nausea begins again! I tried the crackers, ginger ale, seltzer water but nothing helps. PLEASE PLEASE, if any one has any suggestions please share with me as i am desperate.

  • peppermint did not work. But I will try chocolate. However, chocolate has caffeine and I'm trying to stay away from caffeine. Thank You!

  • You could try eating a raw potato it worked for me but I never had really bad nausea either way it might help

  • If you go to your doctor he/she may be able to prescribe you something for your nausea.

  • If u have to eat something every hour then do it. Try keeping snacks on hand, apple yogurt something like that!

  • Have you tried ginger tea? You can use the ground ginger, just add a little at first to hot water. Sweeten with honey if you tolerate it. Try the ginger cookies if tea isn't your thing.
